This is an opportunity to represent an exciting, trending brand making their first debut in Sephora brick & mortar ✨ The Specialized Beauty Educator will be the expert on this brand, and be responsible for building lasting relationships with Sephora stores & vendors to increase productivity & sales.
You’ll get the best of the best training & support from our expert teams to be set up for success.
This position covers the Dallas, TX market. For this role, Beauty Educators will be scheduled at multiple Sephora locations within this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Be punctual & reliable
- Achieve sales goals
- Educate the retail staff by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
- Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
- Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
- Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
