Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interaction while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to the guests’ needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed.

• Make fantastic drinks
• Greet guests and take beverage orders from the servers or directly from guests.
• Handle an assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Manage stock levels, inventory, and equipment.
• Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar when appropriate.
• Keep bar area clean
• Develop customer relations / meet guest expectations
• Manage costs (know how to pour consistently)
• Follow company policies and applicable laws
• Quality maintained always!
