Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook a variety of Mediterranean dishes, including salads, grilled proteins, sauces, dips, and pita-based meals
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all food items
Ensure kitchen operations comply with health and safety standards
Manage inventory, food prep, and kitchen cleanliness
Contribute to menu development with innovative Mediterranean-inspired ideas
Requirements :
Proven experience as a chef or cook specializing in Mediterranean cuisine
Deep knowledge of traditional ingredients, herbs, and cooking methods from the region
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Food handler certification
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environments
Passion for healthy and fresh food concepts
Ability to train and lead kitchen staff as the restaurant grows
