Compensation Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1930 - $2070 per week ICU Registered Nurse Job Details Location : Ranson, WV 25438 (West Virginia healthcare jobs) Facility Setting : SCU / Telemetry Unit (10 beds : 5 ICU & 5 Telemetry) Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 8 / 2025 - End : 2 / 7 / 2026) Shift : 12-hour nights (7pm - 7am), full-time (36 hours / week) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Weekend / Holiday : Rotating weekends and holidays (4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule) Charting System : Epic EMR ICU RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (West Virginia or compact state) Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required) PALS certification preferred; NIHSS certification a plus COVID-19 vaccination required (medical / religious exemptions considered) Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to float to MedSurg as needed Travel nurses must provide neat, navy blue scrubs ICU Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality critical care to ICU and telemetry patients, including trauma, respiratory, and post-surgical cases Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, Bipap, Cpap, and high-flow oxygen Administer cardiac drips and medications per physician orders Collaborate with hospitalists, residents, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR Participate in unit orientation and adapt to unit needs, including floating to MedSurg Maintain professional appearance and adhere to hospital policies Discover rewarding travel nursing opportunities in West Virginia!
