- Age range : 17 to 34 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Meet medical setting qualifications
- Adhere to Tattoo Guidelines
- No major law violations

- Certifications and Training
- 16 nationally recognized certifications available
- Two training phases required : Phase one (18 weeks), Phase two (16 weeks)
- 101 ASVAB score : Skilled Technical (ST)
