A government entity in Portland OR is hiring a Change Manager with the knowledge of leading the delivery of the Change Management Strategy. They need this resource to help manage schedules, conduct trainings and focus groups / interviews, and track risk and issues as they replacing their 20+ year old oracle system. This resource will be joining mid-way through the implementation, so they must be organized and be able to communicate to stakeholder professionally.
