Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Porch Light Health is looking for a certified Physician Assistant, and/or Nurse Practitioner to work in the specialty of Addiction Medicine. This job is 40 hours per week, clinic-based, located in Northern, Colorado. The medical Provider will see patients in clinic as well as via telehealth. This job involves travel to clinic sites in Northern, CO. You would be helping persons suffering from addiction or substance use disorder such as alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines, etc. No prior addiction medicine experience is necessary. Emergency Room, Primary care, or psych experience is helpful. Must have an interest in helping underserved populations and be willing to learn new concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000 -$120,000 per year
