Hours : Monday Friday | 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Summary

The Sales Support Associate will provide administrative and marketing support to an office or team of sales professionals, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions and client service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with graphic design and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.
• Support commercial real estate transactions by processing documentation, coordinating details, and ensuring accuracy of records.
• Prepare and process vouchers and financial-related data.
• Manage and follow up on emails and client communications.
• Edit / redline PDFs (e.g., listing agreements, marketing materials) using Adobe Acrobat.
• Create graphics and written content for marketing items.
• Collect, analyze, and manipulate data in Excel for reporting and presentations.
• Order signage and manage property-related marketing logistics.
