Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation  is a 104-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Russellville, a small community located in Western Kentucky known for its treasure trove of shops and good eats. We are currently seeking dedicated CNAs to join our team! We offer competitive wages, shift differentials, quarterly and yearly raises with the potential to get a 5.5% pay increase per year!
