We’re seeking a patient-focused, highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our team on Mondays only . This is the perfect opportunity for a dentist looking to supplement their schedule, maintain flexibility, or transition into a lighter workweek— all while delivering excellent care in a supportive practice.

What You’ll Do on Mondays :

Provide comprehensive patient care in a well-run, fully supported practice

Perform diagnostics, treatment planning, and restorative procedures

Educate patients and guide them through treatment with clarity and compassion

Collaborate with a professional and friendly team focused on quality and service

Be the lead provider for the day—make an impact and build connections

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed DDS or DMD in good standing (NC license preferred)

Strong diagnostic and restorative skills

Excellent communication and chairside manner

Confident practicing as the sole provider during your scheduled day

Positive, patient-first attitude with a collaborative spirit

Requirements

Educational and Regulatory Requirements

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school

Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance

Valid DEA license

Current CPR Certification

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members

Detail-oriented with excellent clinical and diagnostic abilities

Commitment to ethical dental practices and patient confidentiality
