Job Details

Lead and manage the accounting function, including month-end close, consolidations, financial reporting, and compliance.

Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations : general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and cash management.

Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.

Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP / financial systems optimization.

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to accounting staff.

Support integration of new practices / affiliates and ensure smooth consolidation of multi-entity operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Active CPA license required.

8+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience, including healthcare, multi-entity, or professional services organizations.

Big 4 or national public accounting experience highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Experience with ERP / financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Lawson, Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Oracle).

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
