About the Role

We're hiring our first Demand Generation Manager to help build the foundation of our demand engine and generate qualified pipeline as we scale from early traction to market leadership. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll drive the execution of programs that generate awareness, engagement, and revenue across our target healthcare segments.

You’ll be equal parts strategist and builder—someone who can develop comprehensive multi-channel campaigns while also rolling up their sleeves to write copy, build landing pages, and optimize performance. You'll work closely with sales, product, and leadership to understand our buyer personas and craft cohesive, compelling campaigns that speak directly to their pain points.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape demand generation at a fast‑growing health tech company addressing critical problems in a massive, underserved market.

What you’ll do :

  • Build and launch campaigns : Create and execute integrated programs across paid media (, Google Ads, Meta), email, webinars, and healthcare industry events—from writing copy and building landing pages to managing budgets and optimizing performance
  • Enable sales success : Partner closely with Sales to ensure lead quality, implement lead scoring and routing, and provide actionable insights on what's working to hit pipeline targets
  • Drive data‑driven decision making : Analyze campaign performance across the entire funnel and continuously optimize based on metrics to maximize ROI and conversion rates
  • Establish Charta as a thought leader : Position the company in the market through educational content, webinars, and strategic presence at key healthcare industry events and communities
  • Manage HubSpot, our CRM and marketing automations tool
  • Manage our paid media and marketing ops agencies

You may be a good fit if you :

  • Have 3‑5 years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably at a high‑growth or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel demand gen programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot
  • Proficiency in paid media management (, Google, Meta) with demonstrated ability to optimize for lead quality and ROI
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, attribution platforms) and comfort working with data to drive decisions
  • Even better if you have :

  • Background in early‑stage or high‑growth companies where you’ve seen demand gen programs being built from scratch

  • $110,000 - $140,000 USD depending on experience + equity + benefits
