Scrum Master/Release Manager

Position: Scrum Master/Release Manager Location: Hybrid with onsite to FMR offices on alternate weeks -New Jersey, NC, TX Duration: Long Term Key Responsibilities: Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure team alignment and delivery. Lead quarterly planning sessions and assist in long-term roadmap development utilizing tools such as JIRA Align, MIRO, and Power BI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Develop responsive, scalable applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly Angular and TypeScript, along with HTML/CSS and RxJS. Build and maintain robust backend services utilizing Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, while designing and integrating RESTful APIs with clear documentation. Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Proven ability to engage effectively with product managers and senior stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills. Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team environment.
