Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of the organization.

Job Description

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts across multiple industries, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong client relationships.

Compensation Package

Salary Range : $80,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
401(k) : [details]

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts across industries such as hospitality, real estate, non-profit, construction, and property.

Handle quoting for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with Account Executives, Producers, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.

Maintain and update client information using EPIC software.

Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Support the onboarding of new clients and assist with policy changes, endorsements, and claims as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Minimum 2 years of experience using EPIC software and working as a generalist across multiple industries.

Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
