Scheduling Coordinator for the non-medical division

Star Light Home Health is seeking a full time scheduler from 8 : 00 - 4 : 00 Monday - Friday in our Montrose office.

The scheduling position requires answering the phones and finding replacements if a caregiver should call off a shift. We match the client to the caregiver and the schedule rarely changes unless the client request a change.

Working with the Care Coordinator and assigning new caregivers to new clients.

Rotate on call two weekends a month. You are paid a stipend for on-call regardless if the phone rings or not.

Previous home care scheduling experience is required for the position. Customer service, attention to detail and follow up skills are the most important skills for this position.

A caregiver or CNA that has hands on experience with clients or patients is a plus. The caregiving experience adds value to understanding the field staff needs.

Vacation time and sick time are accrued. An optional membership for medical care is available.
