Job Description American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with ARRT, BLS, and Epic EMR proficiency for a 13-week day shift contract.

Responsibilities Position is in an interventional radiology department

Work schedule consists of 4x10 hour day shifts from 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM

On-call required : one weekday every 2-3 weeks and one weekend every 2 months with a 30-minute response time

Patient population and procedures typical for interventional radiology

Candidates may be asked to float within their scope of practice

Epic charting experience is required

Modules completed during orientation may take up to 16 hours and are recorded in Workday

Return staff must be separated from UVA Health system for one year and may not return if previously on assignment for 365 days

Up to 40 hours RTO permitted per 13-week contract, additional requests will not be approved after acceptance

Parking available closer during call shifts

50 mile radius rule applies; local candidates not accepted for this unit

Requirements Current ARRT and BLS certifications required

VA Radiologic Technologist License required; pending accepted with temporary authorization, but must be in-hand before starting

Epic EMR experience required

Two references required for consideration

License required if applicable
