• Skilled Nursing Care and Comprehensive Assessment\n
• Teaching, Supervision, and Counseling Clients and Caregivers\n
• Interdisciplinary collaboration\n

• Monitors patient progress to ensure accomplishment of patient goals\n

• Provides appropriate care for a range of physician-ordered treatments (PleurX Drain, Finger stick Coagulation checks, wound care, wound vacs, IVs, phlebotomy, Trachs, Peg Tube, Ostomies, Telehealth)\n\nQualifications\n
• Minimum of one (1) years recent experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting.\n
• Home Health experience preferred.\n\nEssential : \n\nCompetencies Skills\n
• Experience In Hospital Or Acute Care Setting\n
• Clear Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal\n
• Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members\n

• Proof Of Current / Valid Car Insurance\n
