CareMore Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team in Downey, Upland, Lawndale or Apple Valley, California. Founded by physicians in 1992, CareMore is a pioneer in value-based care focused on whole-person health, treating primary and complex health needs. Offering care in our clinics, virtually and in-home, we provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
Position Highlights :
- Full-time practice with a focus on continuity and proactive care
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, social services, and case management
- Administrative and clinical support so you can focus on patients, not paperwork
