Inside Sales Representative - Construction - Base Pay to 36 / hour –Memphis, TN

A footprint of 340 locations across 25 countries enables safer setups, faster schedules, and tighter cost control on maintenance and capital projects. - They are adding an Inside Sales Representative to their Memphis team. In this role, the Inside Sales Representative will help expand market presence and strengthen relationships with key customers. This role combines research, outreach, and relationship-building to generate opportunities that fuel long-term growth.
Responsibilities :
Verify project-specific details using multiple data sources and identify potential customers across assigned markets.Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and follow-up communication to build relationships and generate leads.Support development of local market plans and provide monthly updates on sales metrics and performance.Conduct research to identify new projects, market trends, and emerging opportunities.Manage and track customer interactions, leads, and pipeline activity within the CRM platform.Filter and distribute qualified leads to Branch Managers and Sales Representatives.Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to develop and execute business development strategies.Provide solutions-oriented support to clients, demonstrating problem-solving and consultative selling skills.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.2+ years of relevant experience in inside sales, business development, or customer outreach.Strong interest in market analysis and the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.Comfortable prospecting and conducting outreach to engage new customers.Experience working within CRM systems to manage pipelines and track activity.Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.Compensation & Benefits :
