A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to manage inbound member calls regarding post-discharge benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from members about post-discharge benefits such as meals, transportation, and home care
Accurately document member and benefit information across multiple platforms
Research member information by navigating various computer screens and platforms
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of customer service experience, particularly in telephonic support
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) during specified business hours with flexibility for occasional overtime
