This is a highly cross‑functional role where you’ll collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, marketing, operations, legal, risk, compliance, and executives to drive strategy, align priorities, and deliver outcomes that matter. You’ll be the driving force behind creating a best‑in‑class investing experience.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement product strategies : Identify new product opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategies for launching and scaling products.
  • Lead product development : Build products from ideation to launch, conduct market research, define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and oversee product design and development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis : Research and analyze competitor products to inform product decisions and ensure that the company's products remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders : Work closely with executives, engineering teams, sales teams, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and deliverables.
  • Define and measure product success : Establish product success metrics and regularly monitor product performance against those metrics through experimentation.
  • Manage product launches : Oversee product launches, develop go‑to‑market strategies, coordinate with marketing, and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Provide product expertise : Act as the subject‑matter expert on your product, stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and provide guidance to other teams.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • A proactive, results‑oriented approach to your work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp complex user scenarios, technical concepts, and business drivers to make well‑informed decisions.
  • Keen attention to detail and proficiency in distilling complex issues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and manage cross‑functional groups of stakeholders.
  • Compensation and benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed above. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
