Shift & Schedule\n\nDay Shift – 4x10s (07 : 00–17 : 30)\n\nEvery 4th weekend : Saturday & Sunday\n\nCall : 1–2 nights per week\n\nHoliday rotation required\n\nJob Description\n\nASAP start preferred, but the facility is open to considering a reasonable start date.\n\nLocal candidates : \n\nLocals within 75 miles are accepted at $7 less than the posted bill rate.\n\nAll RTO must be submitted at the time of submission.\nPlease keep RTO to a minimum.\n\nRequirements\n\nCertifications : \n\nKBMIRT Kentucky state certification\n\nMay be pending at time of submission but must be active by start date\n\nARRT\n\nACLS & BLS\n\nMust be Cath Lab trained\n\nExperience : \n\nMinimum 6 months of current Cath Lab experience in a high-volume setting\n\nAt least 2 years of overall experience\n\nFirst -time travelers are accepted\n\nCharting : \n\nEPIC experience required\n\nVaccination & Compliance\n\nCOVID exemptions (medical / religious) accepted\n\nFlu vaccine required\n\nAppearance & Dress Code\n\nNo visible nose rings or gauged earrings\n\nFingernails must be less than 1 / 4 inch; natural nails only (polish acceptable)\n\nScrubs / apparel must not contain ANY agency or brand logos — strictly enforced\n\nFacility Information\n\nNo cafeteria on- site\n\nRefrigerator and microwave available\n\nFree parking in any unrestricted space\n\nShift Details\n\nDay – 4x10 hours (07 : 00–17 : 30)
