Survoys is seeking a skilled and motivated Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Northeast Ohio . This role is essential to supporting our growing customer base, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving customer retention through exceptional performance. You'll be responsible for performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of commercial refrigeration systems while providing excellent communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Independently perform service calls, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems up to 20 tons, including :Walk-in coolers and reach-in freezers
Ice machines and production chillersSingle and three-phase unitsGlycol chillersDiagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently, maintaining a first-time fix rate of 75% or higher.Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.Maintain accurate documentation using digital tools.Respond to on-call demands as needed and provide timely, professional communication with customers and team members.Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.Required :
EPA CertificationValid driver's license with a clean driving record5+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration servicePhysical Requirements
Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and move heavy objectsComfortable in tight spaces and extreme temperatures. Endurance to stand or kneel while on equipmentConfident on ladders and at heights up to 45 feet (sometimes higher)Steady hands for electrical work and precise measurements
