Administrative Assistant II
The Driver Control Section of the Colorado Department of Revenue is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their Traffic Records Operations Team. This position is responsible for the entry and handling of all paperwork, both electronic and scanned from physician copies, that the unit receives daily. Other duties include reading and researching digital images to facilitate inputting data into DRIVES for record-keeping, adding citations issued by law enforcement to allow online payments by the customer, adding convictions to the record from various partnering agencies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and answering and resolving customer issues escalated to the unit through email or phone calls.
Minimum qualifications include two years of relevant experience in general clerical work in a professional office setting. Preferred qualifications include two plus years working in a complex, high volume general clerical support position and experience working with sensitive information of a confidential nature.
