UniTech is seeking a reliable and hardworking Technical Accounts Manager to join our UniTech community. As a Technical Accounts Manager in the

Sales & Marketing Department

, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts, market both existing / new customers and serve as the main point of contact between customers and operations. At UniTech we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you'll be doing :

Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.

Build and strengthen client relationships across multiple states.

Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals.

Work with internal teams to develop strategic marking plans and ensure goals are met.

Develop understanding of products and service offerings to better provide customers with needed information.

Communicate with sales teams regularly and identify sales / renewal opportunities.

Analyze needs and prepare service and sales proposals.

Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and business strategy.

Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.

Attend business trade shows nationwide.
