What You'll Be Doing :

• Therapy with Purpose : You will provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to residents with a variety of conditions. Your work will help them regain the ability to communicate effectively, swallow safely, and improve overall quality of life.
• Individualized Treatment Plans : You will assess, plan, and implement therapy tailored to each resident's unique needs, helping them achieve their personal communication and functional goals.
• Collaborating with an Amazing Team : Work alongside a talented group of therapists, nurses, and healthcare professionals who share a common goal of providing the highest quality care to our residents.
• Making Connections : Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, supporting them throughout their recovery journey, and celebrating milestones together.
