Our client, a luxury womenswear label based in Miami, FL, is looking for a Sales Lead to join their team!
The Sales Lead serves as both a trusted advisor and a key support to the Store Leadership Team. This role bridges the gap between client experience and operational execution- driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and upholding the Alexis standard of luxury retail excellence.
Ideal candidates are polished, proactive, and strategically minded, with a deep appreciation for styling, client experience and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales Excellence
- Deliver a refined and personalized client experience , ensuring every interaction reflects the heritage and aesthetic of the Alexis brand.
- Lead by example in achieving and exceeding individual and store sales goals through strategic selling and intentional, relationship-driven service.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and confidently communicate Alexis’ story, craftsmanship, and styling inspiration.
- Develop and maintain meaningful long-term relationships with clients, building loyalty through consistent outreach, follow-up, and personal connection.
- Use CRM tools to personalize communication, track sales opportunities, and cultivate ongoing client engagement.
- Support the Store Manager and team in day-to-day leadership by guiding and motivating the sales team toward collective success.
- Serve as an on-floor leader- providing coaching, feedback, and direction to ensure an exceptional client experience and team alignment.
- Help onboard, train, and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism and accountability.
- Champion brand values and uphold store presentation, service standards, and operational effectiveness.
Operational & Visual Responsibilities
Oversee and support daily boutique operations including opening / closing procedures, stock organization, and sales floor readiness.Maintain strong awareness of store performance metrics, assisting leadership in monitoring KPIs and business opportunities.Contribute to visual merchandising execution in alignment with Alexis’ brand aesthetic and seasonal storytelling.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion styling or client-facing sales.Proven ability to drive sales while providing an elevated, relationship driven client experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional and respectful demeanor.Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative with a positive, proactive approach.Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities with great attention to detail.Positive, collaborative attitude with a team-oriented mindset.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growing, dynamic retail environment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.Seniority level
