In this role, you will use your expertise in high-volume professional recruiting to continue to grow our network of accountants, small business professionals, and tax agents across the United States and Canada. You'll work with an awesome team of passionate and supportive leaders who champion the work to bring the world's brightest people to Intuit and help drive Intuit's goal of Powering Prosperity.

Responsibilities :

• Develops plans for recruiting candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to select candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire
• Researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and develops internal and external search strategies per position assignment
• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees
• Serve as a strategic business partner for hiring managers regarding recruiting plans and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization

Qualifications :

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is : Bay Area California : 122,500 - 166,000 Southern California : 120,000 - 162,500 EOE AA M / F / Vet / Disability.
