Position : Project manager with SAP Architecture knowledge

Location : Wichita, KS (with travel to Kinston, NC).

Required skills :

• Resource must be able to understand the SAP business processes configured in the system and how they apply to a new plant.
• Help understand ecosystem and business processes, bridging the gap between both.
• Identify risks and opportunities around the applications and service transition.
• Analyze and remove roadblocks during the transition.
• Act as an intermediary for clarification as questions arise.
• Be a source of reference for the customer separation team, be a functional and technical advisor in understanding the As-Is.
• Proactively identify business pain points and translate them into actionable business system initiatives and solutions.
• Strategic support : Ensure all IM initiatives align with business goals, driving tangible value through technology.
• Continuous Improvement : Establish regular feedback loops with Digital Workplace (DW) and some business stakeholders to drive service improvements to support a smooth transition.
