What Will I Be Doing?

• Conduct mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence assessments
• Conduct individual and family sessions virtual, in-home / School-based and other settings
• Provide comprehensive case management to support the mental health and overall well-being of clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support.
