Network Installation Technician

GES is in search of a Senior Network Installation Technician at the customer site at Fort Meade, MD and will require travel.

Opportunity :

The Defense Enclave Services contract will unify the DOD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities’ common use information technology systems, personnel, functions and program elements under the direction of DISA’s Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office. This technician will support a large federal agency’s Network Infrastructure through survey, design, and deployment of structured networks and will be responsible for the upkeep of the security posture of the environment. This is accomplished through projects such as new installations, life cycle replacement projects, Cable Plant and wireless installations that are compliant with commercial, TEMPEST, and NIST standards.

Clearance Requirement :

• Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance and be able to obtain a TS / SCI. (US Citizenship required)
