Inside Sales Coordinator

Toolcraft Machining, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team, at our facility in Germantown, WI. As the Inside Sales Coordinator, this individual will support the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Engineering Departments within the Company, ensuring accurate data entry, seamless communication between departments, and exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

1.Provide real-time follow-ups to customers regarding delivery of quotes, status changes, shipping arrangements, delivery dates, etc.

2.Coordinate with production and shipping departments to align with customer demands.

3.Provide prompt responses to inquiries to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

4.Responsible for record keeping within the CRM, to track customer activity and follow-up tasks.

5.Support forecasting efforts by providing visibility into customer demand trends utilizing internal reporting.

6.Provide back-up to order sales processing.

Preferred Job Qualifications :

1.High School diploma or GED equivalent.

2.2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, ideally in CNC machining or manufacturing.

3.Familiarity with ERP systems (JobBOSS)

4.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

5.Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

6.Excellent communication and customer service skills.

7.Fast learner, resourceful and go-getter attitude.
