Job Summary :

Amaze ABA Therapy - Maryland is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of passionate professionals. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities :

Implement ABA treatment plans and behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or currently pursuing)

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
