Job descriptionHighly Competitive Hourly Pay : $49–$59 per billable hour Evaluation & Re-Evaluation Bonuses : Earn an additional $20–$50 / hour Administrative Pay : Paid admin time during patient cancellations to protect your productivity 401(k) Retirement Plan : Invest in your future with employer-supported retirement savings Flexible Work Schedule : Customize your hours to meet your lifestyle and personal goals Patient Arrival Rate Incentives : Supportive Patient Services team helps maintain an 83–88% arrival rate Continuing Education (CEUs) : CEU reimbursement based on hours worked Mentorship for New Graduates : 90-day onboarding program led by experienced clinicians Career Growth Opportunities : Structured Growth Tracks for mentorship, leadership, and advanced clinical roles Evaluate clients to assess their eligibility for occupational therapy services Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans tailored to the client’s unique needs and goals Implement interventions designed to maximize gross motor skills, functional mobility, and independence Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks, breaking activities into manageable components Recommend and train clients in the use of adaptive equipment as necessary Educate family members and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and care strategies Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies and deadlines Maintain consistent communication with clients, their families, and other team members Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist (or completion of clinical experience) Strong critical thinking skills with a flexible, growth-oriented mindset In-depth knowledge of OT principles and practices Familiarity with occupational therapy assessments and Medicaid guidelines Ability to work with diverse patient personalities and care needs Continuous drive to learn and stay current with new treatment practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Valid OT license - or anticipated licensure date Graduate degree or higher in occupational therapy

Employment Structure
You’ll be hired as a W-2 employee, which means we take care of your payroll taxes and offer a full benefits package.
