Account Manager - Commercial Lines

Voted as one of the Top Workplaces , this large insurance agency has an immediate opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to work remotely from anywhere in the state of  Texas.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a generalist book of business consisting of Large Construction, Condominium and Coastal Property accounts.

Qualified candidates must be able to operate during the Eastern Standard Time Zone hours of 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities :

• Daily correspondence with clients and producers
• Policy maintenance; processing endorsements, issuing certificates, binders and invoices
• Policy reviews and renewal proposals
• Cross-selling and up-selling current customers
• Documenting all activities in agency management system
