Field Service Technician - Plastic Molding - Augusta, GA Field Service Mechanic Tech Maintenance Technician Engineer Install Repair Calibrate Maintain Blow Molding Machinery Plastic Molding PET Bottle Forming _. Seeking an experienced Field Service Technician able to commission, integrate, tune, troubleshoot and maintain a variety of plastic forming machines including extrusion equipment, blow molding or injection molding machines. Shall :

• Travel locally, regionally and nationally to customer plants to perform routine maintenance on plastic molding machines.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair plastic molding machinery and related equipment including PLCs and robotic attachments. Experience :
• 5+ years performing advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance on extrusion equipment, blow molding, injection molding or similar machinery.
• Strong understanding of PLC ladder logic and demonstrated ability to program and modify Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Expert technical knowledge of electronic and electrical aspects of industrial machinery.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic principles. Starting compensation up to $140,000 with voluntary overtime.
