Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify individual needs and appropriate interventions.
- Use standardized assessment tools to gather essential information.
- Collaborate in creating individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
- Establish measurable goals and objectives tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document all client interactions and treatment details within established timeframes adhering to company policy.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
- Deliver immediate support during crisis situations and develop safety plans as needed.
- Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services and attract new clients.
- Connect clients and families with additional resources and support services.
- Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.State-Specific Requirements :Two years' experience working with children and / or families preferred, including internships.Eligibility for licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW as applicable.Be Well with HCA :
