Job description2nd Shift : 1 : 15 PM - 10 : 00 PM 3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM (Monday-Friday) Overtime : Significant overtime is common, including up to 12-hour days and occasional weekends Weekend Rotation : Typically, two weekends on, one weekend off Must successfully complete a Fit for Work physical assessment Lead and coordinate a team of Skilled Trades personnel to meet production goals Ensure safe work practices and compliance with all company and regulatory standards Support maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement Monitor team performance and provide coaching, direction, and feedback Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Skilled Trades Team Leader to oversee and coordinate a team of Skilled Trades employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and a hands-on approach to ensure production efficiency and team performance.
Work Schedule
- Standard : Monday-Friday
- Shifts : Must be available to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) as needed
- Typical Hours :
1st Shift : 5 : 15 AM - 2 : 00 PM
Note : This position is best suited for candidates with a flexible schedule and willingness to work extended hours. Those prioritizing weekends for family or leisure may find the schedule challenging.
