Aquent Studios is looking for a visionary and hands-on leader to help manage projects to architect and champion groundbreaking advertising initiatives for one of our top clients in the big tech space. This project doesn't just involve executing campaigns - it involves conceiving and driving them from initial spark to impactful reality.

The team's projects involve :

• Leading the conceptual development of integrated advertising campaigns across all relevant channels (digital, social, video, OOH, experiential, etc.).
• Generating and inspiring truly original, strategically sound, and culturally resonant campaign concepts that break through the clutter.
• Challenging conventional advertising approaches and champion bold, innovative ideas that push creative limits and achieve unprecedented impact.
• Providing clear creative direction, mentorship, and inspiration to copywriters, art directors, designers, and other creative team members.
• Ensuring all campaign elements are strategically aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and brand narratives.
• Identifying emerging trends, cultural shifts, and technological advancements to proactively develop innovative campaign ideas and approaches.
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment, working closely with strategy, account management, and production teams.
• Confidently presenting and articulating complex creative concepts and strategic rationale to both internal teams and clients, effectively selling in bold ideas.
• While leading, remain actively involved in the creative process, contributing directly to key campaign elements and ensuring exceptional quality.
• Understanding and integrating performance metrics and data insights to optimize campaign creative for maximum impact.
