Key Responsibilities :

• Comprehensive Patient Assessments : Conduct thorough evaluations, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Collaborative Care Plans : Work closely with our physician and staff to create and implement tailored patient care plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Advanced Procedures : Perform specialized procedures, including Botox injections for migraines and occipital nerve blocks, to help manage patients' conditions effectively.
• Patient Education : Deliver health education sessions for patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about their health and treatment options.
• Monitoring and Adjustments : Regularly assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize health outcomes.
• Record Keeping : Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records to support seamless patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
