Company Overview : CCI Office Technologies, an affiliate of Summit Technology Affiliates, is seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to join our Ventura team. As an Authorized Quadient Dealer (formerly Neopost), we help organizations streamline communication and mailing workflows with cutting-edge automation equipment and solutions.

If you’re a natural communicator who loves meeting new people, maintaining strong customer relationships, and developing new business, this is your chance to join a growing company with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation :  Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions (monthly) + Potential Performance Bonuses

  • First Year earnings typically range from $55,000 - $78,000+ , depending on individual performance. Income potential grows significantly as you build your client base and reoccurring revenue. Top performances have the ability to exceed this range.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for driving business growth through effective relationship management and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, technology sales, and account management, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Duties

  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships  by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
  • Develop new business opportunities  through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Sell a full range of  Quadient mail automation equipment, software, and solutions  tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records in our  CRM system  and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
  • Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Interest in technology –  tech savvy is a plus  for working with CRM tools and product demonstrations.
  • Previous sales experience is helpful, but we’ll also consider motivated candidates looking to start a sales career.
