Summary Of Role

Palmetto is seeking a highly organized and people oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in creating a seamless candidate experience and ensuring smooth execution of the hiring process from scheduling interviews and managing logistics to supporting onboarding and new hire orientation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating across teams to bring the best talent to Palmetto.

Strategic & Tactical

• Manage all aspects of interview coordination for candidates across multiple roles and functions, including complex multi-panel scheduling and rescheduling needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a positive, timely, and professional experience.
• Greet and host candidates visiting the Charlotte office, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared for interviews.
• Maintain accuracy and organization of interview loops, scorecards, and feedback timelines within Greenhouse.
