Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator to join their team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be an integral part of the industrial operations team supporting production and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : East Berlin, PA

Shift : 1st shift, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the pellet mill and associated machinery.

Monitor ingredients to ensure the production of high-quality pellets.

Perform quality checks to meet company standards.

Operate bagging, sealing, stacking, and wrapping equipment efficiently.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and contribute to SOP improvements when necessary.

What's Needed?

Experience operating heavy equipment such as wheeled loaders and forklifts.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.

Capability to lift and carry 40 lb bags occasionally.

Willingness to climb ladders and adhere to safety protocols, including wearing hearing, eye, breathing, and hand protection.
