Security Receptionist

This position will perform the duties as the Security Receptionist at our Andover, MA facility.

What You Will Do

• Welcome visitors (Strong written and oral communication skills required)
• Verify Identification
• Badging visitors
• Direct visitors and tour groups at facility
• Coordinate with visitor hosts and advise them on site visit procedures and security requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Learn and use security related applications such as Access Commander, eSecurity, Visitor Management System as an example
• Collaborate effectively and positively with Andover Security teammates and other stakeholders
• Interact routinely with Executives, U.S. and Foreign Government customers and dignitaries.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with the National Industrial Security Program
• Experience in and Administrative and Reception environment
• Ability to collaborate and partner with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect
• Effective at organizing and prioritizing customer/management requests within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 70,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
