Job Responsibilities and Duties :
Provide 24-hour on-call neurological surgery coverage
Perform emergency and elective neurological surgical procedures
Manage trauma cases, including trauma, spine, and cranial surgeries
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Utilize Centricity and Cerner EHR systems for accurate and timely documentation
Conduct pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-ups
Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Adhere to facility policies and procedures
Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed
