Deskside Support Technician OH

We are seeking a customer-focused Deskside Support Technician to join our IT support team in Atlanta, GA. This position will provide Level I & II support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware / software, working directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide Level I & II desktop support for Windows 10 / 11 and Mac OS
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and peripheral issues
• Manage imaging and deployment of new systems
• Perform Active Directory administration (password resets, GPO)
• Support Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange / Outlook troubleshooting
• Maintain and upgrade systems, ensuring standard business applications and peripherals are operational
• Resolve virus / malware issues and perform system clean-ups
• Manage service tickets using ServiceNow
• Assist with hardware distribution to nationwide locations
• Maintain hardware / software inventory and perform warranty service tasks
• Collaborate with team members and provide occasional technical guidance

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr.
