We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage all aspects of our customer invoicing, pricing administration, and credit / refund resolution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate revenue capture, smooth customer experience, and compliance with U.S. alcohol industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing & Billing
- Prepare, issue, and track all customer invoices in ERP / accounting system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent).
- Ensure invoices comply with federal and state alcohol regulations, including correct excise taxes, distribution rules, and state-by-state requirements.
- Reconcile daily / weekly invoicing activity with sales orders, shipments, and distributor reports.
Pricing & Updates
Maintain and update customer price lists, promotional pricing, and volume discounts across ERP and customer portals.Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure timely communication of price changes.Audit pricing accuracy regularly to minimize revenue leakage.Credit & Refund Management
Investigate and resolve customer credit requests, chargebacks, short-pays, and refund claims.Analyze root causes of disputes and recommend process improvements.Work with Finance and Sales to enforce credit policies and ensure timely resolution.Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all invoicing and pricing practices align with federal / state alcohol regulations, three-tier system rules, and company policies.Generate reporting on invoice accuracy, collections status, and credit / refund trends for management.Support month-end close by reconciling accounts receivable and invoicing data.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not always required).2–4 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or pricing operations; prior experience in alcohol / beverage, CPG, or distribution a plus.Strong understanding of ERP / accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).Familiarity with U.S. alcohol industry compliance requirements (excise tax, state distribution, three-tier system) highly desirable.Excellent Excel / data analysis skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Strong communication and customer service skills to resolve invoice / pricing issues professionally.Requirements :
