A company is looking for a Contract Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and assimilate payer contract information to support contract implementation and operations
Develop and maintain contract summaries for internal education and compliance
Assist in researching and resolving escalated claim payment and reimbursement issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
Minimum five (5) years of related experience and / or training
Experience with commercial payers contracts and payment variance
Knowledge of policies and contract methodologies
