Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CVOR RN for a 13 week travel assignment in Norfolk, VA. Required Qualifications :

• One year of recent experience as a CVOR RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA / ARC) Certification

Summary :

The CVOR nurse has the responsibility of providing direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients. The CVOR nurse assists in monitoring and supporting the patient throughout the surgical procedure. They are responsible for collaborating closely with the entire surgical team to ensure the optimization of patient outcomes by confirming all necessary surgical supplies and equipment are sterile and functional, assisting with safe patient positioning and draping, and coordinating immediate post-surgical continued patient care.
