A Large 3PL company in the Louisville area is in need for an experienced Team Lead for 2nd shift. Schedule is Monday - Friday; 2 pm to 10 pm. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position. Returns lead responsible for performing administrative duties, including inbound / outbound paperwork, filing, and reporting in Microsoft Excel. Communicates with supervisor regarding inbound / outbound shipments and inventory status. Ensures the flow on the floor is moving efficiently. Ensures the transportation piece is moving and alerting folks when it is not. Reports HR issues to the Derby Supervisor or Manager. Help on the floor when behind or to help cover absences.
